We run around the northeast uncovering authentic rustic & vintage accent decor, furnishings, and table top pieces that make up our unique rental collection. We are constantly dreaming of and working toward diversifying our inventory to include soulful pieces of all styles and genres. Simply browse through our collection, let us know what makes your heart go pitter patter, make us aware of your wedding/event date & venue and we will whisk you over a proposal, including availability information and delivery fee. If a piece you have requested is not available, we will be glad to offer alternative options. Based on your choices, we may even chime in and suggest a few other pieces that we feel may compliment your selections! Alternatively, if you are wishing for a piece you do not see in our collection, just ask, we may be able and willing to add it to our inventory on your behalf. If you become over stimulated with ideas, we will be glad to walk through your ideas via the telephone and we are always happy to personally host you at our warehouse/work shop via an appointment.
Styled Photo Sessions
We LOVE creating specialized, petite atmospheres with our vintage & rustic rental items for family photos, baby photos, and engagement shoots! We offer a Styled Photo Session Package starting at $500.00. This package includes carefully selected rentals, based on your vision, as well as HVVR styling during the shoot! An additional, small delivery fee may apply, depending on location of the shoot. We can even assist with scouting a Hudson Valley based location if need be. We will work with you and your photographer in creating something special, just for what you may be envisioning. We have a bucolic field at our warehouse that can be used June – September … mi casa es su casa!
Day of Styling & Staging
Our Day Of Styling & Staging Service begins with set-up (or sun up – which ever comes first) and lasts through pack-up (we are usually the last to leave). Our Day Of Styling Service has been developed to be of enormous support to you in creating a trouble free, seamless, and memorable setting that showcases your personal and unique style. As your wedding or event transitions from one moment to the next; we are there thoughtfully and beautifully setting up, styling, and breaking down each design element (including all of your DIY elements). We work together with floral designers, lighting designers, caterers, venue managers, wedding and event planners, mothers, aunts, siblings … and whomever else we need to, for set up support on the big day. Our goal is not only to make sure that your affair is beautiful and cohesive, but to take the worry out of the details that you worked so hard to pull together.

Comprehensive Wedding & Event Design
Here we just love to hear about all of your craziest and unique style dreams and make them remarkably happen from invite selection through your after party. Our Full Event Design Service helps you achieve the atmosphere (the overall “look”) you are wishing for, through event design conceptualization, development, management and execution. We will walk through your venue with you, so we have a complete understanding of the space and how it fits in with your ideas and requirements. Then, we will develop a complete design plan that includes layout, colors, style, and décor. We will work with a floral designer, lighting designer, your wedding or event planner, your caterer, your venue manager, other rental companies – whatever and whomever it takes to reflect your personal vision and create a one-of-kind affair. We have close relationships with a plethora of incredible vendors in the Hudson Valley and we jump at the opportunity to create with them as much as possible!
Our Day of Styling Service and Full Wedding & Event Design Service processes begin after our initial meeting together to ensure that we are the right fit for one another. A non-refundable 50% retainer and signed agreement must be submitted, following our initial complimentary consultation, in order to continue working together. Both services include choosing and renting some of our vintage rental offerings.
Day of Styling Service Fee is $1,200.00 and Full Wedding & Event Design Service begins at $5,000.00.
Styling and Design Services do not include the planning and coordination of non design/decor/styled wedding or event elements … that’s a whole other ball game! We work closely with many event service providers, including talented wedding & event planners, who we will be glad to connect you with and also be glad to work side by side with.
